Texas 8 Ball Back on NX35 Bill

North By 35 venue Texas 8 Ball was seized and locked in chains Thursday.

A notice of the seizure was posted on the entrance to the venue, surprising some festival goers on NX35's first night.

Bands scheduled to play the now-in-limbo venue on Thursday were moved onto other bills at Hailey's, Rubber Gloves, Banter, and J&J's Pizza.

UPDATE: The venue has now been re-opened for the remaining NX35 shows.
