Inside the Oliver Francis Gallery

Kevin Ruben Jacobs stands outside his gallery on Peak Street near Deep Ellum and downtown Dallas. Jacobs is an art student at the University of Texas at Arlington and opened the gallery in July to show engaging and experimental installations by local artists.
