Trainer Breah Herzog has come up with a training regimen to help soon-to-be-brides get in top shape before their big day.
A North Texas couple is helping women everywhere achieve their fitness goals before their big day.
Clint and Breah Herzog just finished writing the book "The Engagement Diet, Fit To Be Tied." It's based on a 12-week competitive fitness program the couple did two years ago.
Like a marriage, the couple noticed the role commitment played in getting in shape, and added a relationship aspect to the diet and fitness goals.
"When you don't feel like committing all the time, it really mirrors your marriage," said Breah Herzog.
Breah just had a baby eight weeks ago and has already lost 35 pounds following the rules in her book.
"The Engagement Diet" hits store shelves July 28. For more information, click here.
