If you're driving on Royal Lane in Dallas next Thursday, Oct. 1, watch out for the walking dead.

Texas Frightmare Weekend and Columbia Pictures are hosting a zombie walk from Blockbuster Video (11260 N. Central Expwy.) to the Studio Movie Grill on Royal Lane. Dallas zombies will dress up in their tattered and bloodied best and shuffle awkwardly to the movies for an advanced free screening of Zombieland.

To get into the free screening, you'll need to RSVP to zombielanddallas@gmail.com with the full names of who wants to see the new flick. (Note: Attendees have to be over 18 -- Zombieland is rated R)

Folks that want to take part in the zombie walk just need to show up at the Blockbuster listed above at 5:30 p.m. If you do attend, make sure you snap some photos to share with us at isee@nbcdfw.com!
