The Prairie Paws Animal Shelter is giving away cats and kittens during the Catastic Freedom Giveaway from June 19 to July 3.
All felines will be microchipped—in case curiosity lures your cat away from you—and will receive a 3-in-1 vaccination.
Still no cure for hairballs.
Those wishing to adopt must put down the catnip long enough to fill out an application for approval before receiving their free animal.
You must also present certification of rabies vaccination as well as spay and neuter within 30 days, or the cat police will hunt you down like a mouse.
There is a limit of two cats pur household.
