Daryl Hall and John Oates are returning to North Texas for the first time since 2005 to play a show at the...Allen Event Center?
The home of the Americans hockey team, Wranglers indoor football, and Texas Stampede event -- which they wrestled away from Dallas last year -- has only been open since 2009, but has already wooed Bret Michaels and the Miss Texas pageant to the center to perform in the next few months.
But getting "the number one selling duo in music history" to head to Allen instead of Dallas, Fort Worth, Grand Prairie or other locations is a pretty great booking.
The show is scheduled for September 10, 2012, but fans can start buying up seats through Ticket Master starting April 28 at 10 a.m.
