And the tailgating is off to a good start this year.  At a whopping 25 bucks, enjoy McGraw, a performance by Fort Worth’s Van Cliburn, NFL footage of the past shown on the stadium screens, and a tribute to Football Hall of Famer Emmitt Smith. Phew! This event will be money well spent. It all starts at 7:30 p.m.

RIOT ACT: If fashion’s not your thing, throw on a leather jacket and get ready to rock at the Verizon Theater for the 2010 Honda Civic Tour. Headlining the event are the four guys and one gal band from Tennessee you may know as Paramore. This band is all about creating music for the people; with their last album “Riot!” going platinum and their latest album “Brand New Eyes” reaching chart-topping sales, Paramore isn’t just another girl-fronted band. Their music is a cross between “emo” and “pop rock” creating a sound all their own, but does tend to bring about memories of No Doubt. See Paramore along with Canadian artists Tegan and Sara tonight at the Verizon Theater. Showtime is at 6:30 p.m.
