The Floridian chef from Season 5 will be working his magic with the liquid nitrogen tank to make wow-worthy Don Q rum cocktails at said steakhouse in Fort Worth from 6 to 8PM.

Richard Cheese and Lounge Against the Machine's "Vegas" interpretations of Kelis, Nine Inch Nails and, yes, Sir Mix-a-Lot feel like those spots, if Dees had done his recitations with a beret on his head before a snapping audience. The one man who can outdo all the world's spontaneous alternate versions of "Ice, Ice Baby" is putting on the schmaltz at House of Blues with Natalie Gelman, 8PM.
