The ultimate Independence Day encore gets underway Monday (July 5) at Fair Park for families, firework fanatics and anyone wishing to extend America’s 234th b-day celebration. Before the skies light up at 9:30 p.m., enjoy “dancing water” shows at the Esplanade Fountain at 6, 6:30, 7, 7:30 and 8 p.m., plus a 45-minute concert by the Dallas Wind Symphony at 8:30 p.m. Concessions will be sold, or bring a picnic.
