1/20: Ozzy and Slash

The Prince of Darkness takes over the American Airlines Center

OZZY AND THE SLASH: Ozzy Osbourne (aka The Prince of Darkness) may be long in the tooth with over 40 years of rock under his belt, but he still knows how to entertain a crowd. From bat-eating on stage to becoming a reality TV star on the boob tube, the English rocker rarely disappoints in the shock factor category. Tonight, he plans to dazzle Dallas as he brings his “Scream” Tour to the American Airlines Center teaming up with rock icon Slash for a double hard rock whammy.  The show starts at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $25-$79.50.

ONE-MAN BAND: Armed with his impeccable multi-tasking abilities on stage, Keller Williams is the solo artist of all solo artists. The self-taught musician has worked alone for 15 years by wowing fans with his various instrumental talents. One second he’s slapping his legs with the sticks, next he’ll hit some cords on his guitar, plays the chimes for a few dings and always adds more cowbell – along with about 50 other instruments.  The one-man band will be spending tonight at the Granada Theatre entertaining a few North Texas fans. Williams takes the stage at 9 p.m. Doors open at 8 p.m. Tickets are $27-$36.

STEP INTO THE ARTS: Join some of Dallas/Fort Worth’s up and coming artists for a night of fashion, fine art, live music and divine dining at The Pads in Dallas. The Step Into The Arts event will showcase some high fashion pieces hitting runways and allow guests the chance to rub elbows with some noted designers and artists in the Metroplex. The networking evening begins at 6 p.m.
