Thanks to incredibly hot summers and cold winters, car batteries typically don't last more than a couple of years in North Texas.
With that in mind, Interstate Batteries will provide free battery tests during regular store hours at all of their All Battery Centers in North Texas.
The test, which only takes a minute or so, provides drivers with a report on the condition of their battery.
With temperatures expected to drop to near or below freezing over the next several mornings, it'd be a good idea to know about a problem before being stranded in the cold.
