There's a new system for assisting viewers who have questions regarding the DTV transition.
RadioShack has put special prompts in their national helpline system that specifically addresses DTV concerns.
The automated system asks for your zip code and then transfers you to a neighborhood store.
Callers without touchtone or who want to speak to an operator upfront can do that, too.
