Ex-Yankee Roger Clemens has been hit with a defamation suit by the former personal trainer who previously ratted out the seven-time Cy Young Award winner.

Brian McNamee, who testified before Congress in February that he had injected both Clemens and his wife with performance enhancing drugs, recently filed the lawsuit in a Queens court, the New York Post reported today. McNamee is seeking $10 million from his former client.

Clemens has repeatedly denied using performance enhancing drugs, both in the press and during the same hearings at which McNamee discussed the pitcher's drug use.

Clemens in January sued McNamee for defamation after the trainer told congressional investigators that he regularly injected Clemens with steroids and human growth hormone.

Clemens has one month to respond to the Queens lawsuit.
