Marc Fein co-anchors NBC 5 Today weekday mornings from 4:30 a.m. to 7 a.m. He joined NBC 5 in the fall of 2011.
Prior to joining NBC 5 Marc was a studio host and reporter for Turner Sports working on every one of their national sports properties. He also acted as sideline reporter for the NBA Playoffs on TNT, and field reporter for TBS’ coverage of the MLB Playoffs.
In addition, Marc was the studio host for NASCAR on TNT Live. He also served as a guest host on TNT’s Emmy-award winning "Inside the NBA" studio show.
Prior to his time with Turner Sports, Fein worked as a sports anchor and reporter for KDFW-TV here in North Texas. Before that he was an anchor and reporter for CNN’s national sports coverage on CNN and CNNSI.
Fein graduated from the University of Miami in 1991.
Now back in North Texas, Marc serves on the board of directors for Prosper Little League. He's a regional representative for the National Watch D.O.G.S program which gets dads involved in their children's schooling, and is the "TOP DOG" at his kids elementary school. Marc is also a member of the Mothers Against Drunk Driving advisory board.
Marc and his wife Nikki keep busy with their four children, Ben, Jake, Haley and Nicholas.
