Topless Pa. Woman Brings Traffic to a Standstill

Motorists break out cell phone cameras.

A woman dressed in nothing but her panties brought traffic to a halt in the southwest Pennsylvania city of Monongahela, as gawking motorists snapped photos.

Monongahela police Chief Brian Tempest said the Donora woman was walking “dead center” in the middle of a downtown street last week, the local Valley Independent newspaper reported.

Witnesses said that after parking her car the woman emerged topless, took off her pants and went on to throw her shoes at a passing car, Tempest told the paper.

She also allegedly assaulted another woman at a local café on Monday. By Tuesday morning photos of the incident were circulating on the web, the Valley Independent reported.

When police arrived the woman allegedly resisted arrest, Tempest told the paper.

The woman, whose name was not released, was reportedly being evaluated by mental health personnel and might face charges in the future.
