Charges May Be Coming for Pair Who Recorded Forklift Chase

Fort Worth Police are investigating whether or not to file charges and issue traffic citations to the men who followed and recorded Sunday evening's forklift chase along S. University Drive and Interstate 30.

Nathan Lowery, a former Marine and current UTA student, shot 12 minutes of the chase using his iPhone and posted it to YouTube.

Fort Worth Police said Lowery and his roommate, who was riding along as a passenger, violated traffic laws while putting themselves and the public in danger by following the chase.

It's not clear when or what charges could be filed, but the investigation is continuing.
