An NBC 5 viewer asked us what was going on with AT&T in the Dallas area Thursday, so we called AT&T and asked if there was a problem.
This is the statement AT&T sent to us:
"Some AT&T customers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area may have experienced issues with wireless voice service for about 45 minutes today due to a software-related issue. Technicians worked to quickly resolve the problem, and service is currently running normally. We apologize for this inconvenience."
So you were not alone if you had a hard time making or receiving calls. Don't you feel better?
