The University of Texas at El Paso signed 12 student-athletes from North Texas on National Signing Day.
Standing out among local recruits is Dallas Skyline pro-style quarterback Javia Hall. Hall, whom Rivals.com ranked No. 34 nationally among pro-style quarterbacks, threw for 2,600 yards, 33 touchdowns and two interceptions on 226 attempts in 2009.
