Fans are welcome to greet The Texas Rangers when the team arrives from the Big Apple tonight at DFW Airport.

The team's American Airlines charter is expected to arrive at the DFW General Aviation facility Wednesday night/Thursday morning between 11 p.m. and 2 a.m.

Fans interested in greeting the players are instructed to enter DFW Airport and park in the Express South parking lot. Then they can walk a short distance from there to the adjacent General Aviation facility, where they will be able to see the charter flight arrive.

The team is returning home to battle the Yankees in game six of the American League Championship Series on Friday night. They'll take the field at the Rangers Ballpark in Arlington with another chance to clinch a pennant victory. Game seven of the series, if necessary, will be back in New York.

Going out to welcome the team home? E-mail your photos to isee@nbcdfw.com and we'll add them into our fan gallery showcasing Red Fever.
