Elvis Andrus, Neftali Feliz, Ian Kinsler, Vladimir Guerrero and Josh Hamilton have been selected to play for the American League in the 2010 Major League  Baseball All-Star Game.

Third baseman Michael Young is in contention for 34th All-Star spot to be selected in on-line voting.

Young is one of five players battling for the final spot in the 2010 All-Star Game Sprint Final Vote on TexasRangers.com.

Voting began at 1:15 p.m. CT Sunday, and ends on Thursday at 3:00 p.m. CT.

Fans can vote as many times as they want for Young, but there's an added incentive. For the first 25 votes fans who vote on the Rangers website will automatically be entered in the All-Star sweepstakes. The prize is a suite for 20 for a Rangers game in 2010.

The game on July 13 will be held at Angel Stadium of Anaheim.

Designated hitter Vladimir Guerrero and outfielder Josh Hamilton were elected as A.L. starters in fan balloting with both players receiving the most votes at their respective positions.

Shortstop Elvis Andrus, reliever Neftali Feliz, and second baseman Ian Kinsler were selected by vote of the league’s players, managers, and coaches.
