Team USA Headed to 4x100m Finals

Team USA is moving on to the finals in the women’s 4x100m medley relay set for Saturday.

The relay team appeared Friday morning at 5:41 a.m. (CDT).

Rachel Bootsma took the first plunge, followed by Breeja Larson, Claire Donahue and anchor Jessica Hardy brought the ladies in the for the finish.

The team came in fourth behind Australia, Japan and Denmark clocking in at 3:58.88. The finish was enough to qualify Team USA for the finals.

Granbury’s hometown Olympian Dana Vollmer is expected to compete in Saturday’s relay.
