TCU recorded its fifth consecutive victory following a stellar second half comeback to post a 66-53 victory over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Saturday afternoon at the Daniel-Meyer Coliseum.

With the victory, the Horned Frogs improved to 6-3 on the season and are now riding a five-game winning streak for the first time since the 2001-02 campaign. The Frogs also posted its first-ever victory over the Islanders, which covered three games.

TCU had three players score in double-digits as Kevin Langford led all scorers in the contest with 20 points and seven rebounds. Langford connected on 6-of-8 shooting from the field and 8-of-10 from the free throw line in 27 minutes of action.

The Frogs connected on 50.0 percent (21-of-42) from the field against the Islanders, including 60.9 percent (14-of-23) in the second half of action. From behind the arc, the Frogs connected on 5-of-6 shooting en route to finishing an even 50.0 percent (7-of-14) for the game.

The Frogs will be back in action on Monday (Dec. 8) when they host Wichita State at the Daniel-Meyer Coliseum. Tip-off is set for 8:00 p.m. Central Time.
