Skip the Airport, Sign a Banner

Due to the wee hours in the morning in which they are anticipated to return, the Texas Rangers and officials at DFW International Airport are asking fans to not welcome the team home from their trip to San Francisco.

When returning from road trips in the ALDS and ALCS, hundreds to thousands had welcomed the team home when they arrived at the airport's GA hangar.

Even if fans can't support the team at the airport, the city of Arlington is inviting all Rangers fans to head over to City Hall where they can slap their John Hancock on an 18-foot banner for the team.

Fans can sign the banner FRIDAY ONLY between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.

The banner will be presented to the team by Game 3 at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington.
