    Solo home run by Ian Kinsler puts Rangers up, 2-1. Rays tie it up and take lead  in the eighth.

    The Texas Rangers can sweep the Tampa Bay Rays Saturday afternoon at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. Rangers pitcher Colby Lewis will start for Texas while Matt Garza goes for the Rays.

    This is the first postseason showing for the right-hander Lewis.  The Rangers took the first two games at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida, Wednesday and Thursday with winning showings by pitchers Cliff Lee and C.J. Wilson.

    According to the Star-Telegram, the Tampa Bay offense hit only .247 during the regular season, the second worst average in the American League, but still scored more runs than all but two  other teams.

    The Texas Rangers have never won a postseason series, but fans are hoping that changes in this best-of-five American League Division Series.
