Prestonwood Christian Academy's Julius Randle is headed to Kentucky to play basketball.

Randle made the announcement Wednesday afternoon in a nationally-televised interview from the gym at PCA.

Randle kept everyone in suspense as to his school of choice -- with the University of Texas, Kansas and Florida all in the mix.

With baseball hats from all four teams laid out on a table before him, Randle thanked his school, family, friends and God before picking up the hat for the UK Wildcats.

Lastly, I want to thank the universities who gave me the opportunity, the chance to go to school. I couldn't be happier with the choices I have. It's really been a blessing. With that being said, next year, I'll be playing for the University of Kentucky," Randle said.

With the decision, Randle becomes part of what many consider to be one of the best recruiting classes of all time and is expected to make an immediate impact for the Wildcats.
