Place Your Bets, Week 13

If you live in Nevada, Oregon, Montana or Delaware, you're in luck. Otherwise, go to Canada or Europe and get your bet on for the NFL weekend! All games are Sunday unless otherwise noted.

1. New York Giants (-2.5) at Jacksonville — Look, the Giants aren't a good football team. But they aren't as bad as their 3-8 record would suggest, as evidenced by the way they hung with both the 49ers and Cowboys into the final minute in back-to-back losses. The Jaguars, on the other hand, are every bit as bad as their 1-10 record shows. Odell Beckham being on the field for the Giants should be enough by itself to give the Giants a win here, and you'd have to guess it'd be by at least three points.

2. Washington at Indianapolis (-9.5) — The Redskins are just awful, and they're falling apart at the seams. Will a quarterback change help in that regard? It could, but it won't be enough to help them hang with the Colts in their home building. Colt McCoy is a great story and is easy to root for, but he's not a starting NFL quarterback. Andrew Luck, on the other hand, is very much so.

3. San Diego at Baltimore (-5.5) — Philip Rivers has been in a bad way for a few weeks now, and in his past couple of games he's been battling a rib injury. Rivers is one of the game's toughest quarterbacks, but against this Ravens defense that appears to be clicking on all cylinders right now, it could get ugly for Rivers. The Ravens are playing good football right now and look for Justin Forsett to have a nice day on the ground against the Chargers.

4. New England (+3.0) at Green Bay — Alongside the Dallas-Philly game, this is the marquee matchup of the weekend with two of the best quarterbacks in football going at it. The Packers and Aaron Rodgers are red-hot, but the only team that might be able to match them in that department is the New England Patriots. This is going to be high-scoring shootout as both Rodgers and Tom Brady will have big days, but look for Brady to come out on top.

5. Philadelphia at Dallas (-3.0) — In all honesty, the Eagles might have a slightly better football team than the Cowboys, which could lead to trouble after the teams meet twice in the next three weeks after entering Thursday's game tied for the NFC East division lead. But to be equally honest, the Cowboys have a massive advantage at quarterback in Tony Romo over Mark Sanchez. The Cowboys are traditionally very good and hard to beat on Thanksgiving Day and tend to generally shine pretty brightly on the big stage. It's a tough call, but give me Dallas to cover knowing this win is necessary with the Cowboys heading to Philly in two weeks.
