Tren'Davian Dickson caught two of his four touchdown passes in overtime and Navasota beat Argyle 42-35 to win the Class 4A Division I championship Friday.

Dickson, a junior who has already orally committed to play at Baylor, extended his national record to 39 touchdown catches this season. His scoring grabs of 32, 26, 3 and 13 yards were among 12 receptions for 177 yards.

Shelton Eppler established a Texas season record of 71 touchdown passes with his four to Dickson. Eppler was 30 for 54 for 493 yards, and ran for Navasota's other two scores.

Navasota (16-0) came back from seven-point deficits in the fourth quarter and the first overtime to win their second state championship, both in the past three years.

The loss for Argyle (15-1) snapped a 31-game winning streak for last year's 3A Division II champion.
