NFC East Watch: More QB Drama in Washington

Fans at FedEx Field on Sunday found themselves chanting for Rober Griffin III to replace Colt McCoy

Another week, another bit of quarterback drama in Washington.

During Sunday’s matchup between the Rams and the Redskins, once the game got well out of hand, the crowd at FedEx Field began chanting for Robert Griffin III to replace Colt McCoy. The fans actually got their wishes late in the game, as RG3 came in and went 3 of 4 passing for 33 yards, but couldn't lead them to the end zone.

It was only a few weeks ago that this scenario played out in reverse, with Griffin on the field and the fans chanting for McCoy.

The Cowboys will face these Redskins in Week 17. In their first meeting this year, McCoy and the Redskins beat the Cowboys 20-17 at AT&T Stadium.
