Team USA's men's basketball team continues to defend their 2008 gold medal with a lopsided 110-63 victory over Tunisia Tuesday.

The Colony's Deron Williams, who plays for the New Jersey Nets, logged 9 points, 4 assists, a steal and a blocked shot in the win.  He scored two in the paint and was 1/2 attempting 3s.

Team USA had six players score in the double-digits: Carmelo Anthony (16), Kevin Love (16), Kevin Durant (13), Anthony Davis (12), Russell Westbrook (11) and James Harden (10).

The top player for the Tunisian squad was Ben Romdhane, who plays professionally for the Étoile Sportive du Sahel in the Tunisian Basketball League. Romdhane scored 22 points against the Americans.

The 2012 London Games mark the first time Tunisia fielded a team for men's basketball.

The American's next face Nigeria on Thursday at 4:15 p.m. CT.  After that, they'll play Lithuania (8/4) and Argentina (8/6) to wrap up the qualifying round.
