The Dallas Mavericks will kick off the 2012 preseason with international play in Germany and Spain.
First up, they'll play 8-time German Champions Alba Berlin on Oct. 6 and then FC Barcelona, the basketball team not the football club, on Oct. 9.
They'll then head home to Dallas to play Houston on Oct. 15 and the Suns on Oct. 17.
Dallas will then play in Atlanta Oct. 20 before returning to American Airlines Center to face New Orleans Oct. 22.
On Oct. 24 they'll head up Interstate 35 to play Oklahoma City before closing out the preseason against Charlotte in Dallas on Oct. 26.
