Derek Holland made his return to the Texas Rangers' rotation last week after a four-month layoff, and he did it in pretty impressive fashion.
We're not talking about his on-field performance — pitched into the seventh inning and allowed just two runs — but instead his performance off the field, specifically in the barber shop.
Holland rocked the hell out of a Ricky Vaughn haicut from the classic baseball comedy "Major League" for his big return to the mound, as seen in the below tweet from our friends at The Dallas Morning News.

Charlie Sheen, who played Vaughn in "Major League" and the sequel, approved of Holland's new haircut.
"Yo! @MLBNETWORK & C Russo WOW! Honored Flattered and welcome back DHoll!" Sheen posted. "That Zig will awe sum your Zag!"

Not sure what all that means, but it's pretty obvious Sheen is a fan.
