Former Dallas Cowboys player Terry Glenn was arrested on Jan. 25, when police were called to a hotel near Meadow Creek Drive and Highway 114 in Irving.

Irving police say Glenn was arrested on charges of public intoxication and possession of marijuana, under 2 ounces.

Glenn also has four outstanding traffic warrants in Roanoke.

He posted bond on the morning of Jan. 26.

Glenn was a wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys between 2003 and 2007 .

He was drafted in the first round of the NFL draft in 1996 by the New England Patriots.

Injuries plagued the receiver the last few years of his career  leading up to the Cowboys releasing him from its roster, July 25 of last year.
