Five days a week, six weeks every summer, young athletes get premier coaching from "Prime Time" and former Cowboy teammates like George Hegamin who played offensive tackle in the 90's.
"We never had a camp like this. We never had men that were interested in what we were doing as kids, especially at this age," said Hegamin.
But in addition to the coaching and conditioning, the athletes are in study hall with tutors for two hours everyday.
"We want these kids to go to college," said Sanders.
"We're not foolish enough to think they're going to be professional athletes, but guess what? They're going to be professionals. They're going to be professionals in some form or fashion," said Sanders.
The camp takes place Monday through Friday, 7am-6pm at the Lancaster Recreation Center. The cost is $100 dollars a week which includes transportation and three daily meals.
