Mavs first-round pick leaves game with injury

Mavericks first-round pick Roddy Beaubois had to be helped off the court in a summer league game on Monday in Las Vegas.

The Mavericks are dealing with a bad case of the Mondays.

First,  the Orlando Magic announced that they would match the contract offer Dallas made to Marcin Gortat... keeping the center in Florida.

Now, the Mavs may have lost first-round pick Roddy Beaubois.

The point guard had to be helped off the court in a loss to the Phoenix Suns on Monday in Las Vegas.

The team said he has a left knee contusion and will be re-evaluated Tuesday.
