Dallas Cowboys linebacker Anthony Spencer was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct early Sunday morning in Indianapolis.

The arrest report states Spencer and his friend, Matthew Millhouse, were thrown out of the Have a Nice Day Cafe around 3:10 a.m. They then beat on the doors of the business while attempting to open them, police said.

An off-duty officer working security for the club said he and another officer asked the men to leave the premises, but the men refused.

The arrest warrant also said both Millhouse and Spencer argued with the officers and appeared to have a strong odor of alcoholic beverages on their breath and person.  After several additional warnings were issued, the men were arrested.
