Bosh: Make Sure Fans Who Left ‘Don't Come to Game 7'

Chris Bosh has no sympathy for the fans who left too early in Game 6

Heat fans came under fire from national media after a handful of fans left before Miami's last-second comeback in Game 6 of the NBA Finals Tuesday night. Those fans were not allowed back in the arena when the Heat forced overtime, and by Wednesday morning plenty of critics expressed their displeasure.

Count Heat center Chris Bosh among those fans' critics.

On Wednesday, he had a simple message for those who left prior to the Heat's rally from five down with 21 seconds left.

Excitement Builds For Game 7

"For all those guys who left, make sure they don't come to Game 7," Bosh said. "We only want the guys who are going to stay in the building for the whole game. You never give up. People gave up on us and they can stay where they are and watch the game at home."

When the Heat host the Spurs in Game 7 of the NBA Finals Thursday, certainly fewer fans will dare to leave before the final buzzer.

The game is becoming one of the hottest tickets in the history of South Florida sports. According to StubHub, it will cost at least $365 to attend Game 7, and that is for a standing room only ticket.

The cheapest seat was listed at $458 late Monday, while a pair of courtside tickets were listed for $58,825. For those on a budget, the cheapest courtside seats will run $29,413.

The Heat have routinely played to sellout crowds since Bosh and LeBron James joined the team in 2010, but their fans have a reputation as too casual. It does not help that the much more expensive lower bowl seats at the AmericanAirlines Arena never seem to be full until the second quarter of most games.

But if the Heat win Thursday, the fans will have the last laugh.
