The cover of Time Magazine and Newsweek ?

Pfffffft.

Gov. Rick Perry's political star lit up when he was parodied on "Saturday Night Live."

Alec Baldwin played Perry on the season opener of the late-night comedy show this past weekend.

A wig-wearing Baldwin made Perry look like a confused and sleepy front-runner next to a calculated and carefree Mitt Romney played by Jason Sudeikis.

We asked the Perry campaign about what it thought about Perry showing up in an "SNL" skit. The reply? Crickets.

But the skit speaks for itself.
