    Gov. Rick Perry is taking his anti-Washington message to San Antonio.

    He's set to talk to a national conference of state lawmakers Wednesday, just as his flirtation with a presidential run heats up. Perry is visiting three early voting states this weekend and is expected to announce his future plans in the coming days.]

    In Wednesday's address to the National Conference of State Lawmakers meeting, he's expected to talk about his opposition to federal regulations and mandates, which he wrote about in his book "Fed Up," published last year.
