Gov. Rick Perry unveiled a new Iowa ad during Christmas break.

While out of the state, Gov. Rick Perry left the people of Iowa a gift: a new campaign ad.

The ad, titled "Part-Time Congress," bashes Rep. Ron Paul, Rep. Michele Bachmann, former Sen. Rick Santorum and former House Speaker Newt Gingrich as Washington insiders.

The ad repeats Perry's pledge to make Congress a part-time job.

Even though Perry likes to call himself a "job creator," his idea of making Congress a part-time job seems to be playing well in Iowa, as he has repeated the notion on the campaign trail and in debates.
