The federal government will be watching Saturday's election very closely.
The Justice Department is sending out election monitors to three Texas counties, including Dallas County.
They want to ensure the state is complying with the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
Texas' new voting ID law is being challenged by the Justice Department for violating that same law.
