Dallas mayoral runoff candidates David Kunkle and Mike Rawlings will meet in a candidate forum sponsored by the Dallas Regional Chamber Friday.
Kunkle's a former Dallas police chief, while Rawlings is a former Pizza Hut exercutive. In the May 14 election, Rawlings and Kunkle were the top two finishers in the field with 28,358 votes and 22,153 votes, respectively.
The forum is scheduled for noon in the Grand Ballroom at the Adolphus Hotel in Dallas. The luncheon is expected to be moderated by Jim Oberwetter, president and CEO of the Dallas Regional Chamber.
Those who wish to attend the luncheon can walkup and get tickets beginning at 11:30 a.m. Tickets are $50 for members and $100 for prospective members. Parking is $14, but will be validated. Valet service is available for $24.
The runoff election is June 18.
