Accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev will be allowed to see autopsy photos of victims, a federal judge in Boston ruled Wednesday. The government had argued against allowing Tsarnaev to see the photos because it would disturb victims’ families, NBC News reported. The judge also ruled against a defense request to dismiss some criminal counts against Tsarnaev.
