Women Who Appeared Drunk Board San Antonio School Bus

San Antonio school district officials say a bus driver was fired after three women who appeared to be heavily intoxicated boarded the bus and rode to a middle school.

The incident happened Friday morning. North East Independent School District spokeswoman Aubrey Chancellor told KENS television in San Antonio on Wednesday, "Clearly the bus driver wasn't paying attention to who was walking down the row of seats."

Chancellor said the district issued criminal trespass warnings to the three women which bans them from all district campuses. One of the women is expected to face a charge of assault for grabbing a student's arm before boarding the bus. A second woman was cited for possessing alcohol on school property.

Surveillance video obtained by WOAI-TV shows the women on the bus.
