The body of a woman was recovered from a swimming pool over the weekend.
Dallas Fire-Rescue and police were called to the Forest Point Condominiums on the 8400 block of Forest Lane in North Dallas after the woman was found floating in the pool.
The Dallas County Medical Examiner identified the woman as 26-year-old Amy Vandervoet.
Officials said she was wearing a swimsuit and what appeared to be her personal items were found near the pool.
A board member for the condo association told police he did not recognize the woman as a resident of the community.
No word on the cause of death.
