Woman, Daughter, Granddaughter Die in Garland Wreck

Police say a woman, her daughter and her 3-year-old granddaughter have died in a single-car wreck near Dallas while heading home after visiting family.

Garland police on Friday identified the victims as 52-year-old Tina Brown, 28-year-old Crystal Davis and Alaiya Davis, all from Garland.

Investigators believe Crystal Davis was driving before dawn Thursday when the Fort Mustang went out of control, hit a curb and crashed into a decorative boulder. The car then flipped. Garland police say all three females were ejected and died at the scene.

Police are trying to determine what caused the wreck. Investigators say there are no indications that alcohol was involved.
