An Arlington woman is being charged with intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault after a fatal overnight crash, police said.

The woman, 30-year-old Erica Kolanowski, was traveling eastbound on Green Oaks Boulevard just after 11 p.m. Sunday when police said she ran a red light and crashed her Chevy Blazer into a Dodge Avenger driven by 21-year-old Matthew Lundy.

Lundy was injured in the crash and transported by air ambulance to John Peter Smith hospital in Fort Worth.  Lundy's passenger, 20-year-old Joshua Carter, was killed at the scene.

Lundy is listed in critical condition.

Kolanowski was also injured in the crash and was transported to JPS as well, though her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

Witnesses told police that Kolanowski appeared to be speeding when she entered the intersection and collided with Lundy's car.

The crash was the second fatality crash in Arlington so far this year.
