All westbound lanes of I-635 between Greenville Avenue and US 75 will be closed Saturday, August 1 starting at 7 p.m.
This route will remain closed until noon on Sunday, and traffic will be directed north of US 75 to Spring Valley Road.
This work is part of the $3.1 billion LBJ Express project, which is now 98 percent completed. The project, which began in 2011, includes the reconstruction of expanded frontage lanes and main lanes and the addition of bypass lanes and TEXpress managed lanes, along I-635 between Luna Road and Greenville Avenue.
LBJ Express is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2015
