Dallas utility crews continue to work to repair a 7-foot water main that broke Monday morning at the corner of White Rock Road and Lawther Drive.

The water main break came on the seventh day in 2013 for Dallas-Fort Worth to see temperatures at or above 100 degrees. According to NBC 5 Meteorologist Remeisha Shade, Saturday was the fifth day in a row to see triple-digit temperatures.

This is the latest in several water main breaks around North Texas this summer. A major water main break near White Rock Lake turned some Dallas streets into raging rivers on July 1.
