Watauga Public Library will be hosting a day dedicated to gardening Saturday, April 25 from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
The library will be having a lecture about container gardening, a plant exchange and an introduction to the new Watauga Public Library Seed Exchange.
A Tarrant County Master Gardener will give a presentation called "All About Container Gardening" from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. The plant exchange will begin at 1:30 p.m.
The library will also be starting its own seed exchange program that will allow people to "check out" seeds to grow at home in their gardens.
