The North Texas Tollway Authority released video Friday of a tanker truck driver of a tanker truck who made an illegal U-turn in the middle of the Sam Rayburn Tollway on Thursday afternoon.
The Dallas Morning News first reported that the drunken-driving suspect drove his tanker truck the wrong way on the shoulder of the tollway so that he could report that he hit a pickup.
The crash happened at Alma Drive, and there were no major injuries, the NTTA told the newspaper.
An Allen police officer arrested the trucker, according to the Dallas Morning News.
